When trying to submit a reseller support ticket it comes up with the following:

You don't have permissions to access this page. This usually means one of the following:
this file and directory permissions make them unavailable from the Internet.
.htaccess contains instructions that prevent public access to this file or directory.
Please check file and directory permissions and .htaccess configuration if you are able to do this. Otherwise, request your webmaster to grant you access.

Individual accounts cannot even login to support.
Also have a couple of sites getting database access errors.
From individual cp's when trying to access file manager or phpMyAdmin it keeps asking for a password and will not acept it.
All this has started in the last few hours. Could not post a ticket so had to post on the form.
