Support ticket answer time

How long do usually action support tickets? Since I'm new to this I don't really know what to expect. I read somewhere in WHT that you posted tickets are usually answered within 15 minutes. Is this correct?
 
We do out best to answer them within the hour, some require additional work and we do not get back that fast.
 
ive been here for nearly a year (had an account) and im very happy with the timings.. sometimes its been quicker than making a cuppa. (hot drink).
 
Difficult is good. Challenges are good, wish I could answer more of the XML/API/SOAP questions myself, but I just don't know the answers, and it seems even the developers don't..... ?(
