Support ticket not showing up + email failure notice

Hi,

When I create a support ticket today, it says it has been created but never shows up. (has been ok in the past)

I also get an email failure message from [email protected] after trying to create each support issue with the following message.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at srv.hspherehelp.info.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
