Suspended account + more questions

Hi,
a couple of hours ago I had some major problems with your billing system, I paid for 6 months value windows, but your system said I had to pay for an entire year. I sent a ticket and everything is fine now, BUT unfortunately, I went to the "money back" section, because I thought that maybe it would fix my problem...

So here's the deal: I have paid for 6 months, and I DON'T want my money back, I just want to have IP-based hosting... Is that possible? I have a subdomain: www.blabla.company.com with an index.html file refreshing the user to the ASP site located with you guys. How much is that going to cost me?
 
Email [email protected] regarding you first problem. Mark it with *EMERGENCY* tags in the subject.

Although we still have someone in for billing at the moment, during night hours we don't. In future if anyone accidently suspends their account, email support@jodohost marking it as emergency. One of our techs would temporarily resume your account or wake up someone from our billing team
