Nevermind. I found the instant access URL after clicking around in the CP a bit.

I just signed up for a trial account and received a temporary URL to use for the domain I specified during registration.
I've since added a second domain to my account using the control panel. I've changed the DNS record with my registrar, but I don't know what the temporary URL is to access that domain in the meantime.
