Thanks to Yash (aka why I switched to jodohost)

After spending over a year with my old host today I transferred to Jodohost.

Here's why.

I'd been paying $30/month for a "Premium" hosting package. In the past few months my site has had timeout after timeout and other performance related issues. I spent quite a bit of time talking to their tech support. One email thread went something like this:

Me: I'm having problems x,y, and z.
Them: Everything is fine.
Me: No, I'm still having these problems so are all my users so I know it's not me.
Them: Everything is fine. Have you tried refreshing your page?
Me: Refreshing my page? *Insert about three pages of concerns with statistics, possibilities, questions, etc* Please don't tell me everything is fine when quite clearly it isn't.
Them: Everything is fine, thank you for using technical support.

I'm paying these people $30/month?

So I find Jodohost and have a few questions about various things. I email technical support. Within hours Yash wrote me back answering all of my questions. I had more and those too were answered.

I think Yash ended up sending me three messages and this was BEFORE I was even a paying customer.

Now that's customer support. My only problem... why wasn't I here a year ago?

Well, I have to admin, the support is outstanding here. Even during the last datacenter shift, which is a huge work by itself.
