I am noticing more email communication since the last complaints were filed by a few people (that I know of). Obviously our voices have been heard and I have to say it really is great to know what things are going on without having to spend all day in the forum or find out on our own. For example, the heads up on the MSSQL2 migration I think was handled perfectly, lots of notice and when decisions were changed we were immediately notified of the change ahead of time. I am sure it would result in less tickets (at least it should) so it should be beneficial to everyone here. We can never have enough communication where web hosting is concerned. Thanks for the continued improvements.
