Ticket closed, but problem remains

Hello,

I opened a ticket (HNR-97059-383) last evening regarding our transaction log being full for our MSSQL database per Enterprise Manager. One of your representatives said they fixed the the problem and closed the ticket. I wrote back and never heard from them again. I am still getting the same error. I increased to the size of my database to 50MB from 25MB and still get the same error. Here are the current stats of the database that your system says has a full transaction log.

Database/Transaction Log file quota ratio 50 %
Used database file 8 MB out of 25 MB
Used transaction log file 2 MB out of 25 MB
Used total 10 MB out of 50 MB

Not quite sure why this would cause the error, but I need it fixed.

It is fixed now, the ticket was in the wrong status so the staff never saw it, it did not reopen when you replied to the issue.
