This ticket got assigned to the wrong queue and was not visible, I am moving it to the proper queue now, and the ticket will be handled.

Ok, I will give it a try. In the past several people were complaining that helpline was not making any difference (I do not remember the thread, I think it was associated with a server crash, several months ago, but I am not very sure), but maybe now is working fine.
