I am trying to get resolution on
Ticket ID: EQY-14583-544

The domain in question was part of the troubled group from yesterday, but is still not operational, even though the webserver seems to be up and running.

My client is being patient for the moment, but their website has been down for more than 24 hours, and their patience is bound to wear thin.
 
I just happened to check this shortly after posted and asked linux tech to look into it, but please do remember the helpline email address for sure escalations in future, as it goes to our managers email inboxes which we check more than here, and many of us get notices on phone.
