ticket status dead

I logged a ticket to get my domains .NET 2.0 enabled.
After a while the ticket dissapears from the open ticket history and does not then appear in the closed ticket history.

When directly viewing my ticket request, the status has been changed to "dead" with no other comment.
I do not get an update to my ticket from Cerberus system saying my ticket has been resolved etc.

What does the status of "dead" mean?

Interesting, dead usually happens when the system marks it as spam. Can you open another ticket so that we can see it, or post the ID# and we can manually change the status

OK, we should handle this soon. I am sorry about the issue it looks like it was manually set by a tech to dead for some spam that actually made it to the ticket system, and the tech accidentally checked the box to mark yours at the same time(multi select).

Very sorry about that,we'd certainly not do it on purpose.
