Tickets disappearing

I had a ticket in the system that said when you went to one of my domains using www.mydomain.org, that it would not work, but if you when there with just mydomain.org it worked fine. That ticket has been removed from my queue of tickets. And right now that domain is down and to working at all. The domain is on Win1 and my other domains on Win1 work just fine. I submitted a ticket about the domain not showing up but what about tickets that just disappear from list? I will post a reply to this later with the original ticket number that is now missing in action.
