Hey, my name is heather and I run a website for a couple of my friends who are in a band. the user name of the site is thechecklist, and currently the site has been suspended because the monthly payment hasn't been paid. one of the band members (whos email is in the billing profile) claims he never got the email invoice, and now I am finding no option that is letting me make the payment. it isn't letting me in the control panel, so there is pretty much nothing i can do right now. please help, they need their site up asap. thanks.
