My friend has an account with Jodohost. he is currently subscribed to the Value Windows plan and is paying monthly. He wants to switch to the Platinum Plan and pay for one year. When he goes into the HSphere control panel and goes to change either the Plan or the Billing Period, it gives him an error saying that there is not enough credit in his account to make the transaction. How do we upgrade thei poor souls account? How do we add credit? Something doesn't sound right. He is using PayPal to pay with. Is that the problem?
