Upgrade Account

    My friend has an account with Jodohost. he is currently subscribed to the Value Windows plan and is paying monthly.

    He wants to switch to the Platinum Plan and pay for one year.

    When he goes into the HSphere control panel and goes to change either the Plan or the Billing Period, it gives him an error saying that there is not enough credit in his account to make the transaction.

    How do we upgrade thei poor souls account? How do we add credit? Something doesn't sound right. He is using PayPal to pay with. Is that the problem?

    Yes, this is an annoying problem actually with HSphere

    Ask your friend to pay the 12 months in advance by paypal throiugh HSphere and then once its credited, you can upgrade to Platinum

    One request - can you give me detailed steps as to how to pay for the 12months in advance?

    Do we go into the Billing Profile and use the "Transfer Money" thing at the bottom of the page? Cuz anytime we try and change either the Plan or the Billing Period we get that error.

    What exactly do we do?

    Yes, type in the amount and Click Pay in Billing Profile
