uptime and speed

The feedback here looks fine. Probably I'll sign up. But before that, I'd like to ask two questions:

1. Can anyone tell me where I can find uptime stats? Is there a uptime garantee?
2. Can someone give some feedback/comments on server speed?

As far as uptime goes, we have not had any system crash or anything like that so far. Even if that happens, our servers feature RAID and they are backed up on tape daily so recovering from one would be fairly easy. Any other downtime that has occured till date is schedule maintenance (we inform you beforehand) and is never longer than 15 to 30 minutes.

I believe you get excellent speeds with us. You of course could signup for a trial and see for yourself.

Do you have a rough idea of the uptime (95%, 99% 99.5%, or 99.9%)?
Sorry for asking, but I'm sick of my current host's down time...

Our official figures are at 99.97%. Due to some maintenance tasks we recently conducted, I think we are running at about 99.5% now. We will be officially reviewing our uptime stats in June.
