uptime guarantee qualifies for refunds

    Does the recent outage of what for me was 9 hours qualify for the uptime guarantee refunds, :D

    Yes you can make a claim on it, we were not in control but it was downtime indeed. www.jodohost.com/sla.asp

    It was about 6.5 hours ;) I know that your ISP seemed to start filtering the route sooner and seemed down for your sooner by what you said on facebook, and I am not disputing it, but I just want to be clear that network traffic came back up after fiber cut for most, for about 2.5 hours.

    Thanks Stephen, yep my link did come back up briefly when it first happened so I'll agree with your estimation
