Vortech Down?

I have an account at Vortech and 2 here at Jodohost, so this isn't some marketing deal.. It seems that vortech has gone dark (I assume temporarily). I know Jodohost has a backup forum, but I don't think Vortech does.

Does anyone have any info on this or what might be happening.. Their phone number is busy and all domains are offline including some of my sites.

looks like it has been down since about 9:30am, quite a while, they said they have a major routing problem on WHT.

Edit: retract comment about 9:30 was going by WHt timestamps and the timezones are fouled up on my settings there, looks likes like a bit over TWO hours.
Problems happen sometimes even with multiple redundancies in place, that is the nature of this business, hope they get it fixed soon.
 
Thanks, I ended up posting over there... You guys are usually on the ball which was why we moved most of our stuff off Vortech, but there are still a couple sites over there.... Appreciate the info!
