vps account sending files

Hi how can i send files to my VPS server.. Shortly how can i connect to my VPS.. And must i use " add dns a record" in dns zone configuratin
 
Sending files you can use SSH to send using a program called WinSCP, VPS servers are verybasic, if you want an FTP server, you need to install it, web server, you need to install it. It is very "barebones"
 
ok when i tried to connect to my ip 204.10.107.98 witth my username and passwrod on port 22 .. ( my dns zone is vps.femahost is there any problem here ? ) it says timeout
 
is SSH available to resellers, as its not clear on the reseller.asp page and on your vps.asp page it says no.

ive always thought it was not accessable.
 
We are talking about VPS here, it is on the VPS servers.

Tufanv, can you connect with SSH?
