VPS Down?

I can't make any contact with my VPS server. The H-Sphere panel does not load either so I can't log a ticket. Is this a scheduled downtime?

VPS ssh sessions are working for our techs, and the CP has not been down, as we are continually working with it for support issues.
 
It's not working for me. I can't access the hspere, ssh. When pointing the browser at my webpage it does recognise something is there but it doesnt load the page. It gets stuck at "waiting for xxx.xxx.xxx.x..."

I've tried on several different PC's aswell. I've managed to log a ticked though so hopefully it will be sorted soon.
