VZ1 (2008 server) urgent issue with file lock on VPS

VZ1 is having an issue with file locks on one VPS now allowing it to reboot, and there are also 2 updates available, we are going to reboot it on an urgent basis in the next 5 minutes, VPSes will be down about 10 minutes total.
 
all VPSes up now, a very prompt reboot of a nearly full server, in fact faster than the 2003 servers for VPSes up. And that was even patching windows for each VPS.
 
There was a VPS having an issue after this point and now it looks like the server node has rebooted on its own, we are checking further now.
 
The server and VPSes are back up but we are checking it in detail and sending ticket to Parallels.
