Web 7...

This server has had many issues, even before the big switch from FL to TX.

Then combine this with the down times on MYSQL1, this makes it even harder for us to keep our clients happy.

Jodo... What are we left with?

EDIT: Meant MYSQL1, not MSSQL1

I just got done with changes on web7. Can you check and let me know if still no better for you?

It does appear to be working at the moment.
Can we make sure web6 (other large client) will not face the same issue?

Please give more details in my support ticket.

MSSQL1 downtimes?

I am not sure what you are talking about at all there.

Both MSSQL1 Clusters1 and 2 have been very stable, if you have an issue on them, please let me know in PM your ticket ID.

We want a stable run on web7 before the changes are replicated. This is quite a bit of customization, and drastically increases our upgrade time if and when we go for it.

We will be rolling out changes to all servers after verifying these changes on web7 worked properly. I have personally be monitoring 3 sites refreshing every 1 min for the last 30 and not a single error on any.

Should this be the key, it will be rolled out across all.

APOLOGIES, MYSQL1
Thanks for the update, MSSQL1 being one under my reign of terror, I was ready to go swat it into action.

Now, I did not get a private message, maybe you sent to Tanmaya?

Feel free to send to me as well I'll coordinate with you for seeing things through to resolution.

Web7 still looking on the good side so far!

Sent "PMed" before hitting send ;) Sorry for confusion there.

No the SQL, Windows side has been reliable enough, mostly domain redirect type issues here and there.

It appears to a be a domain specific problem, otherwise, mysql1 is working fine.Kindly sends us a support ticket mentioning domain name and database details. We will check and will update through ticket.
