Web5 may still have some filtering from DOS attacks increasing its load. I will check on it and see if we can remove yet or not.
Kindly check this website now, however we didn't face any slowness on this website. Also, there is no overload on server, its working fine. Please check and let us know if there is any specific URL on which you are facing slowness then please update us.
It also has a rate limited network at the moment as it was helping to prevent issues on other servers, so it could have been low load and still an issue, I will be watching it.
It is only a temporary measure, as the matter occurred not once but twice, it is being done as a caution only. the attack took down the entire network for quite a while and was quite the headache to resolve. What does that really mean for clients on web5? I know I am on the original reseller plan and on the older servers, but are we being penalized? Or limited more than others?
We are having the same low down for web5. I updated the original ticket and await info on what is going on.
It is syncing to new server and was maxing limits of its uplink, its been resolved for a bit now.Hmmmm... I updated the ticket a while back, but my update still has NOT shown up. So my guess is no one has looked at it. Web5 is still running slow. Steve, since the ticket doesn't appear to be updating could you take a look or see what is going on please?
Yes, it did I thought Tanmaya had lifted it when starting sync but he didn't, so I did.So web5 slowness was in fact caused by network limit (to prevent DoS attacks eating up whole Jodo infra) in combination with filesync to new server at waco ???

yes, it isSo Web5 is indeed going to become active on new hardware?
Linux noTo be precise: to new virtualized hw running at Hyper V if I am correct?

I've hit a lot of bumps on windows side with transfer so far, still striving to make it!
Web5 has hit some more blips today. My customer is calling me and saying this is happening everyday. I checked and it took almost a minute to load the last page... but 5 minutes later it is loading fine again.
Is there something going on now? Is it over to the new hardware yet?
Yes web5 is migrated to new hw at waco. Check if the websites are pointing to the new IP's. (IP should start with 173.x).
If still pointing to old IP (starts with 64.x or 204.x) then check your DNS.
also, some IPs may start with 199.xxx just as a quick FYI that is our new, new IP range.
