Web7 responding slow - Resolved

It is currently scanning filesystem after reboot. We will provide update again in next few minutes.

We have the server up but it is still going VERY slow we've checked the disks and all possible places but seems file system is just crawling. we are working on it still actively.

issue found in slowness, there is one drive coming on and off making a cycle of rebuilding and failing and rebuilding. Working to swap and resolve.

web7 while up, is extremely slow. To speed up the sync process I am going to temporarily stop the server, not a choice I want to make but it is so slow now that it is bascially not working anyway.

Rebuild is progressing very slowly and it may be several more hours. We apologize for the unplanned maintenance , it's cause will be evaluating and making alternative plans in the future.

This situation is not good at all, the server is not usable in either state, we may start building a new one to restore backups now We don't wish to do this and we have files still on the storage, but it looks like it may be an extremely long time with the degraded state making problems.

WE are seeing the RAID move a bit better now at 51% but we are working on alternative plans as well to restore to new server if needed.

We have a new server all restored and ready, but a problem now in Apache, working to get resolved so we can flip the on switch and get this done with, we have had more issues here in this than expected and moved to the tried and true restore option which worked well but took time.
Once we get apache to start up properly the server and sites will be live.

Finally it's up. Web 7 is now up and responding normal for last 20-30 minutes with default H-sphere default fastcgi option. We will work further for fcgid option with proper planning, so that it won't affect website performance.

All sites are running under Fcgid now and seems everything is fine now.
We're further monitoring it.

If any issues then please contact us through live chat or support tickets.
