What is a parked domain?

I have a client that doesn't need a website but only email server... does this mean it a parked domain?

anyone can help me define what is a park domain?

no, domain parking is something different

What you could do is create your customer's domain as an alias of your own. That would allow you to create a local DNS zone. You could use that dns zone to create email accounts
