What is the problem with Chat??

Every time I have attempted a chat with this new system, the support staff "Leaves the conversation" before completing it and the system asks for me to "leave a message." when I attempt this an error results.

I have yet to have fruitful chat

Thanks for the report, we've gotten several such, staff are not leaving the chat but it says the same to us sometimes.

I'll make a report of it.

We changed systems for the migration period but seems it is not doing so well.

It is livezilla which has a lot of 'fans' and used quite a bit so we figured it would be good for this period of transition we are making.
