Where can I find help configuring MS Enterprise Manager

Newbie at this. I belive I have created a new MS SQL DB now I am trying to administer it with Enterprise Manager. I just don't know how to get Enterprise Manager to point to my DB. Is there a good set of instructions somewhere that will point me in the right direction?
