Win1 and Win2 Issues

We have just added a new Windows Server to our cluster which will be available as win4.jodohost.com from now on. This was done to solve a recent problem we faced on Win2 where IIS became unstable when we did a quick restart just before the scheduled Datacenter upgrade. We were forced to dump all unessential dedicated IPs (which apparently was making it unstable) in order to avert a major downtime disaster. Signups on Win1 and Win2 have now been turned off. All new signups will now take place on our new win4 server

Customers currently hosted on Win2 will not be able to add a dedicated IP for their domains. Customers who require a Dedicated IP must open a ticket with us and we will have them shifted to Win4. Please note that Win2 is running perfectly fine now as all issues on that server have been resolved. There is no reason to shift unless you really need a dedicated IP. Dedicated IPs are no longer available on Win2 as we do not wish to risk the same IIS problem we had faced

Win1 will no longer be accepting new domains or customers as this server has already reached full capacity. If you are hosted on Win1 and would like to add a new domain, please open a ticket with us and we will shift you to Win4. All though there is no mechanism available to us to stop domain additions on that server, it would be in your interest to ensure that your sites do not suffer from slow performance. As of now, Win1 is at ideal capacity and we will be shifting high resource using customers to Win4 manually ourselves.

We thank you for your continuing cooperation.
