Win11 is not responding

it is having some cpu abuse making it slow and we working to resolve in next 5-10 min some ms c++ warnings for an application pool crash.
 
We have IIS back up, after an IISreset but within moments cpu was again to 95-100% it seems like some site is getting really hammered with requests, valid or invalid we are not sure at this time, but working on it at top priority
 
We have it under control now it seems, the server is responding as it should be.
 
Issue comes again. It looks some user is abusing and we will have to send notice to him. we thought yesterday was isolated.

We are working on it.
 
There is one users php using many process of 60MB each in ram and we are working to resolve and give notice to them. The server is responding better now.
