Win12 not responding

We decided it is best to restart the server, and after that it is hanging on the startup(not windows startup, BIOS level) screen we are checking out what is going on and may have to dispatch a tech to the datacenter.
 
The server is up. The problem looks to be a degraded RAID array, and there was one hard drive that was thrashing on startup badly making the RAID controller take a long time for its own bootup process.

We have got the server up and running now and will schedule a maintenance tomorrow to repair the degraded array.
