Win14 shared IP Null routed - working on resolution

Win14's shared IP was null routed by carriers upstream in order to prevent further problems, we attempted a number of resolutions before taking this step but the attacks continued regardless of actions taken.

We are working to find the targeted site and move other sites to a new shared IP to correct this but it will take a number of hours. Sites on a dedicated IP will be working fine, but we do not encourage you to move to a dedicated IP as DNS updates alone will take time, we will be working to force out new DNS updates after changing the IP or finding another resolution in the meantime.

We are having some complications in the CP tools portion of the IP migration and working them out. We will keep you informed as much as possible here.

We have Stopped the CP server acccess for some time till the IP migration is over. Once this is completed we shall start the CP server access.

The DNS Zones are rebuilding, many already rebuilt at this point, the shared IP has been changed and the windows side is accepting connections on the new IP. The control panel is still down as these changes are still going, but site should be up and running as soon as DNS is updated for your domain.

You may need to clear your DNS cache on your local pc, on windows open a command prompt and type:
ipconfig /flushdns

The dns zone update is still running
and many domains are up and running properly.
We do not have an ETA but will keep updating .
