Win33 - CP changes disabled

We are working to make a replacement node for win33 and syncing files up between the servers.
Win33 was tested for more than 20 days prior to migrating win21 accounts to it, but once accounts were there started experiencing memory errors about once a day requiring a reboot.

We have changed the memory and it is working better, but not resolved, therefore we are working to make a new server sync all files across to it so that it can go live without the issues of the current hardware. Once we get the initial sync we will be able to update it quickly for any modified files.

FTP will be turned off at 5pm EST today to continue this process of file syncing, once it is done we will turn it back on.
Control panel changes will not be working at the moment for any changes made to web settings.

FTP is up now.

We are again going sync files from A. We want to make sure no data left to move, but the initial sync has been completed so FTP can be online again.

We have all files synced, and windows settings migrated as well. We are checking tickets from the win21 to win33 move, and seeing that these issues are 'pre-fixed' to the best we can find them, and then we are going to change the IPs from the old win33, to the new one between 11:00 and midnight tonight EST.

We have experienced no issues in the file transfer or memory in rather extensive testing on the new server, and once the IPs are migrated, this should resolve the issues we have experienced on Win33 server.

Also note there will be no DNS changes this time around, as all IPs will remain the same.

FTP stopped and final sync of files from old to new server, then going to start IP migration to the new server. (FTP will return and be up on the new server shortly)

IP migration starting, first with the base IPs, win33 will go down for 1-2 minutes during this, then will move on to moving the shared IP and dedicated IPs.

base IP moved, and one IP of a dedicated IP site moved, partially for testing but also because I know they have an IP access control based system. Working well on new server. Each IP will have 4-8 pings down during the move as ARP cache is released and renewed on the new hardware side.
