Win5 Abuse

There is some abuse on win5 now, I am trying to trace it out but having some difficulty, I will update as soon as possible, going to try an iisreset at the moment.

IIS hung on reset and I had to reboot to get it to come back up.

It is back up but still slow, I am tracking some possible abuse (as in DOS style).

I forgot to update but still keeping an eye, made a few changes on a domain and it is running well for quite a long time now.
