Win5 Processor failure

You posted the problem on the forum and sent out an email. And it was back online in about 20 minutes as estimated (I think). I am very impressed! Thank you.

However, please reassure me that this is just and unforseen, highly unusual problem that occured here and very unlikely to happen again...?
 
Processor failures are very rare Chris.. This is the first time we've had a bad processor since 1 year in the business

And these are Intel processors so you really need to blame Intel :)
Anyway, we didn't have a processor with the same bus speed (533MHZ) available right away. We've put it back online. We'll have to pull it down again in 8 hours to replace it. Won't take more than 10min

I didn't receive any e-mail, while I have a couple of accounts on Win5 as a reseller..

I didn't receive any complaints, but I'd like to be included in any future e-mail notifications please.
