Win8 down?

I've noticed it down for at least 20 minutes now.

Its still down and no responses here or my ticket.

We are working on it, please see the status forum, node has a nasty issue that we are working to rectify, HDs good, but dying getting data off, we can pull some of them out as mirrors, but most are RAID10 array and can't just pull the drive to get it.
