Wincf Maintenanc reboot 1:30AM EST

We are performing a reboot on wincf for maintenance, after the reboot there may be 3-4 minutes of coldfusion down as we also clean up a log file that is not rotating properly.

we are rebooting server now.

server is up now and we are going to stop CF service for a bit to fix logs.

CF service started now and everything is up and working now.
