WinCF slow - maintenance caused

I was doing some cleanup of 'cfclasses' on wincf and it is really bogging the server down bad, I tried to do too much at once.

I did not expect it to impact the server, so did not post about it beforehand. Working to get server back to normal, then will do the task with slower means.

And as soon as I get posted, it is resolved.

My control + c finally worked. It was slow for about 4 minutes.
