WINCF2 - reboot for hotfix - Urgent

WINCF2 will reboot tonight for a hotfix install, similar to an issue we recently experienced on another server IIS is randomly stopping without any cause, MS has a hotfix for resolving the matter which we will apply tonight at 10:30PM CDT.

Moving this patch forward to now, as IIS keeps dying too quickly.

IIS stopping and rebooting, will be back up in 8-15 minutes, as the CF services are a bit slower to start than others.

Server is Up and all the services are running fine now.
