Up and over 1/2 of VPSes started, WinVPS21 will be in next 10 minutes.
Reboted and VPSes starting, WinVPS22 in 10-15 min
WinVPS22 has rebooted and is on its way back up
WinVPS23 is rebooting now
WinVPS23 is back up now, WinVPS24 will be rebooting in about 10-15 and the last of the maintenance.
