WinVPS1 slowdown

WinVPS1 is slow from the start operation of a VPS. This is also causing jodohost.com site some problems. We are working on it now.
 
I am having to do an emergency reboot, as the server is using all CPU resources to start a VPS and not allwoing anytihng else to work.
 
All but 3 VPSes are up, and one of these has a file corruption problem that played a part in this whole slowdown.
 
There is one VPS giving a registry error, and one will not start. We are working with SWSoft tech support for this on an URGENT basis, to restore service ASAP.
 
Just as a note, only these two VPSes are having a problem now, all others are working fully and properly.
