WinVPS2 Slowdown

I have terminated a process that was causing the slowdown, it is running properly now.
 
WinVPS2 is being slow again, and it seems to be using large amount of cpu by the system process. This typically means a VPS entered a locked state for using too much RAM and trying to restart their VPS. I am working on it now and may have to reboot the host node to resolve the problem.
 
Just as an update, throughout the slowdown there has been 2 client VPSes that are down, other VPSes are running a bit slower than normal but are up and running.
 
I have been able to get the VPS that was in lock state out and WinVPS2 is running better now.
