Hsphere and websites not working

Our hsphere has not worked all day today, was able to login to the beginning but after that nothing, now it doesn't work at all. ALL of our websites are down and have been all day. When will these issues be fixed?
 
Presently CP is down for maintenance. However please PM me your account user name or domain name, i will check the same.
 
Are you on cluster1 web10 by any chance? That server had a RAID card and drive failure (possibly card went and took drives out corrupting them), but we've since restored it, and that is also why the control panel is/woudl be down.

Please check your service domain registration status with your domain registrar. I'm here and available to offer any help needed, however this is beyond our control.
 
Your child name server (name server glue records) appear to be not working either, and a bit strange NS records it has right now.
 
just to mention, Hsphere is in fact up, and has been for a while on both clusters.

it is outside of our ability to fix, as it looks to be something godaddy has done.

Well, I just looked up for domain that you listed here publicly so I was going by what is in use as DNS servers on your domain, if those DNS servers are wrong, that is exactly the problem, and it is not something we can fix, because we don't set DNS servers on client domains.

As you can see here, one is .com and one is .biz, that is what your service domain is set to, service domain having invalid DNS makes ALL down for you, and your clients, but not for others, as they aren't using this invalid DNS.

I was just in our account where all of our website name are with our registrar and we don't have mrwhitehall.biz anywhere.

Both of our DNS server names have your ip's behind them.

I am just reporting what godaddy(wild west) is publishing, it sounds like you need to call them and ask why they have an old/bad/nonexistent DNS record put out live?
 
Ok, here it goes, when we got your email for the move from Miami, FL to Waco, TX. I saw where it said to look up the new ip's, so I did, big mistake on my part, I changed them to the new ip's that is why the websites stopped working. So I called your service people and was told to change the ip's back, so I did, now our websites are working but H-SPHERE is not now. Are you doing more work on the h-sphere? Please let me know.

Yes, Hsphere is currently down.

This move now is ONLY DB and WEB. DNS servers will change later with a 2nd announcement saying what is needing to be done for that with some howtos and the like on those matters if possible.
