One of my client sites is completely hosed! I've emailed support with NO reponse. I cannot login to the CMS admin. I cannot login to their phpMyAdmin to restore the database!

ALL of my sites are still down - NOTHING is resolved and I'm finding NOTHING on the announcements nor am I getting any response from support.
My sites have been down now for the most part of 2 DAYS.
This thread says the issue is resolved - but 4 of my sites are still down! Naturally 3 are the most critical to me.
