mail4 is also listed on sorbs currently

Turned out the customer was using his isp's mail server as the outgoing mail server which in turn caused the spf failures. Thank you for your assistance

Keeping getting bounces from mail 4 saying that the server can't be reached when sending from a different domain name thats not on mail4, a customer has also been getting bounces due to spf when sending from mail4, the spf record for the domain has a ptr entry for goh*****e.com and I'm wondering...

Thanks customers report they can send to hotmail now.

I appreciate it's all in hotmails hands but the trickle of customers affected is now becoming a steady flow, for me the issue seems to be confined to mail4 cl2. Email issues are the 1 thing that will send customers elsewhere. Culd support keep me updated via the support ticket.

Thanks for the aditional info. I'd lodged a ticket before posting here, didn't think it was necessary to have the ticket bumped as I was pretty sure it would be a slow process having to deal with the hotmail chain of command. ticket id is DNQ-91550-645

Customer can't send any email to hotmail addresses, hotmail stating that part of this network(CL2) is blocked. Hope this can be resolved

static site on web1 down again OOPS make that all my customer sites on web1 cl2 inaccessible

static and dynamic site was definitely at least an hour as we were sitting here checking it from the time we got the monitor notification. I sent the noticiation along with the ticket.

Site is back up now, our static as well as dynamic sites on this server having been having intermittent outages for some time now.

Any issues with web1 cl2. hyperspin has reported that one of our sites have been down for an hour
