Happens in all my Win12 sites, in any browser. The shared SSL presents the same incorrect certificate. See KVY-40382-553

Go to any site on win12 and change http to https. If that site doesn't have a certificate of its own, it defaults to an unrelated site selling a cosmetic product. Other servers simply show 'page not found'. Can someone sort this out, please.
