We've been notified by clients that there is some issue logging into the Cerberus helpdesk since the updates, if you are unable to login we ask you to send a ticket via email for the meantime:
ok another update, win3 and win5 are having a lot of FTP users getting errors like:
Response: 530 User username cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
We are working on this trying to find the culprit and the fix in the most timely manner.
I have checked and confirmed that sites for these users ARE working, just FTP cannot login.
Win1 webshell is having problems working giving a directory permissions error even though all permissions are indeed set properly.
I have spent quite a while looking into the matter and haven't given up, but will soon be moving on to the cluster1 update, FTP and other functions are working properly it is only webshell giving errors, and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.
