Internal emails between internal Jodo host domains not recieved

Please check mails now. They should be fine.
We have also replied your support ticket now.
 
For more than 6 hours now emails sent from our clients hosted on Jodo are not recieved. Problem occurs intermitently, usually every 10-14 days, and mail is delayed for 2-4 hours. Today for over 6 hours now we have not recieved emails in que. A ticket was issued #690165. We went on chat twice. Still no solution, even the chat transcript is not recieved. Sample attached emails are on ticket, and there is no reply.


I have a client who has been down all day. Sent a high priority ticket in but no response. Same problem as you, can't send emails from Jodo hosted site.

But I tried the Chat on the JodoHost.com home page and that WORKS!!

Maybe you could link the Chat button on the Support page to that Chat......
