I am not sure I am understanding correctly.

Sublicense Cerberus is free, but if we want that Jodohost answer the tickets is a flat fee of US$0.50 per account I am hosting. Is that correct or the fee also applies to sublicense Cerberus??

As far as Cerberus sublicense is concerned, we are still discussing specifications and pricing..

But yes, reseller anonymous support will cost you $0.50/Active user/Month (reseller admin account is not charged).
