I figured it out if anyone cares or needs the solution... It is because this is a shared windows account. So the domain name will not work, it is only an alias. You have to us the name provided in the set up of the account, ie server="d53737.u37.jodoshared.com" plus it requires the attributes...

Yash - Do you have the IP address of the mail server. I think I can set that as the mail server for cfmail.
