Well according to the payment processor, the user passed the user specific security tests, but the web host failed. Is there not anything we can do about this?

I tried that, but the page doesn't display properly. All the graphics don't show up, etc. It behaves as though the index page is in the wrong directory.

We just implemented a new website with a completely new file and navigation structure. How can I redirect everyone who gets a "404 Page not found" to our index page? I tried using the custom error pages, but I must not be doing it correctly. Thanks for any help you can offer.
