Did you check to see if there is a tool they provide to upgrade. In Access there is a toold to upsize but there are some slight differences and it might be better to use a tool that is provided by the vendor of the application so that you have less work to do. Just a thought.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Most people might not understand the complexities but that is even more reason to try to share and learn from each other.

I had that problem in the past (with dns that is) but that was when the second name server crashed so it was an isolated incident but I wouldn't doubt that the site with the reverse name servers would have been the cause/problem. Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to fix the name server...
